We run our classes in TRACKS through-out the year. We provide these TRACKS for the convenience of families. We understand that every family has different and unique life schedules.

Track 1:  2025 Fall Sept 3rd-Dec 19th (15 Weeks)

               (Nov 24th Fun Day) (Off Wed/Fri of Thanksgiving week) 

 

Track 2:  2026 Spring Jan 5th-Apr 29th (16 Weeks)

                (Feb 13th Fun Day) (Spring Break March 16th-20th)

 

Track 3:  2025 Summer May 2nd-Aug 29th (15 1/2 Weeks)

               (June 6th Fun Day) (Off 28th- Aug 1st - Summer Break)

We are excited you are interested in joining us here at Kingdom Homeschool Co-op. 

We have 2 types of membership

Friday Co-op Enrichment

Co-op Enrichment

On Fridays our classes will be enrichment only, no core academics will take place. However, fun enrichment classes may be based on science, history, and other subjects. Classes are for babies to 6th grade. The co-op hours are 9 am - 2 pm, and we have 3 tracks fall, spring, and summer.

 

All classes are taught by parents. (We are not a "drop off" program)

​Parent Commitment

​

* Each Parent commits to attending the current track for its entirety.

* Parents will be committing to either teaching or assisting in classrooms from 9 am - 2 pm.

* Classes begin at 9 am, so please arrive at 8:45 am to be ready and prepared for class time.

* Classes end at 2 pm, however there will be a clean up team that will stay after.

Pricing

Co-op fees will be a flat fee for each child. Fees are set based on costs for curriculum, and supplies for each class. Some classes could be $5, up to (but not limited to) $30.(Ask for more details and costs)

 

Fees can be paid for the full 4 month track up front or may be broken into monthly payments (Due on 15th of each month)

         

Registration fee     

There will be a registration fee per family per track 

Fall= $100

Spring= $100

Summer= $100

Or full year one time payment = $300

Additional fee may include:

Insurance fee   

There is a small per person per year insurance liability fee 

What to bring list 

There is a per track what to bring list that is may be required based on the class.

Curriculum Book  

Each family enrolling might need to purchase consumable books for each student if applicable for certain class.

Attendance Policy

All students, teachers, and parents involved in Kingdom Co-op are required to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80%. This is crucial for ensuring consistent progress and community involvement.

Studying

Academic Support Days

Academic days 

On Monday and Wednesdays there will be additional days that we offer academic classes and support for students 2 years old to 6th grade. The hours are 9 am - 2 pm and your students will be required to be there during those times. We have 3 track fall, spring, and fall. (Additionally, we offer specialized tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays ask for more details)

Subjects such as language, math, science, and history may be taught, along with prayer and worship, Bible, Outdoor activities and Art. Your student will be using the curriculum chosen by the teacher and the co-op.

​​1. Academic Days are offered based on capacity.  

 

2. You must attend the Friday Co-op day in order to participate in academic days.

​

3. You can then choose 1 or 2 academic days, but are not allowed to switch days after enrollment. We highly recommend both days as it helps with consistency in lessons being taught.

* Classes begin at 9 am, so please arrive at 8:45 am for your kids to be ready and prepared for class time.

* Classes end at 2 pm, (late fees will occur after 10 min)

Academic Fees

​Academic day core classes like math and language  will be tuition based and will be taught by teachers, not parents, although parents are required to serve as assistants for 2 hours per day with the teachers.

New Member Steps

Complete Interest Form

Depending on which track you are interested in, please fill out the form in full. Incomplete forms will not be processed

Take a Tour

You will be contact by our New Members Coordinator and you will then schedule a tour on campus before your application is approved.

3

Notification, Waiver, & Registration

You will then be notified when you are approved. Your next step is to pay the registration fee, sign the release of liability waiver, and pay fees.
